Dynamight Studios has rebooted their crowdfunding for the upcoming SpatialOS-based sandbox MMO Fractured. For those who missed out on the successful Kickstarter campaign in July of this year, a new store has been opened on the official Fractured site that will allow supporters to contribute towards the development of the game by purchasing basic pledge packs. The packs currently range from €20 to €300 and will grant access to various testing phases.
Citadel Studios has announced that Legends of Aria will finally launch on Steam as an early access game on December 4th. Founder’s packs cost $29.99, $49.99 and $89.99. Each of which will give a 7-day early access head start, loyalty points, an in-game title and a cloak. All those who purchase Founder’s packs before December 3rd will receive the 7-day head start and all of the other Founder’s packs bonuses. This will be crucial to those who want to lay claim to plots of land and build their homes early.
To celebrate the month-long march to Halloween, ArtCraft Entertainment is releasing previews of the monster races and creatures that exist in Crowfall. Not just the beasts that players will encounter in the wild, but also playable Monster Races that includes the gun-wielding Guineceans, the noble Centaurs, the gracious Elken folks and the hulking minotaurs.
Gloria Victis has been updated with a handful of new features that are sure to set an interesting and fresh gameplay atmosphere for the PvP-heavy medieval MMORPG. Most prominent of all, Open PvP has been upgraded with new systems such as the Soft Lock system for choosing servers, a workers system for gaining workers that gather resources for your guild, and increased experience gain from Open World PvP and arenas.
RIFT Prime Storm Legion Expansion Will Launch On October 3rd, Chance To Win Wardrobe On Launch Day Stream
RIFT Prime will be adding the next major content update/expansion called Storm Legion to its progression servers on October 3rd. Rift Prime subscribers will have two new continents to venture to, seven dungeons to beat and new story quests to plow through. The level cap will be increase to 60, crafting skill cap will be extended to Grandmaster level, a new city hub will be opened and more. After the launch, three more raids in the new continents will be added.
Instead of the original release date of September 19th, the next major content update for Sea Thieves named Forsaken Shores is now set to sail on September 27th. The slight delay seems to be due to player feedback and bug reports that were necessary to be dealt with in order to deliver a stable and polished experience.
Forsaken Shores introduces a new region called The Devil’s Roar for players to explore, conquer and plunder.
In celebration of the two year anniversary of SamuTale‘s launch into early access, indie developer MapleMedia is offering a free-to-play week from September 14th to September 23rd. For those who want to continue their journey in the survival sandbox MMORPG after the duration of the free-to-play event, founder packs can now be purchased with a 30% discount until September 23rd.
Jagex has announced that the release date for both the iOS and Android versions of Old School RuneScape is set as October 30th. Fans and new players can pre-order and pre-register for any version on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
“In order for us to move Old School RuneScape into the pre-order and pre-register stage, we’re required to remove the beta build from the Google Play store. This means that those of you without the Members beta installed will not be able to access the app until its full release on October 30th. If you have access via the Members beta, the iOS closed beta, or you’re located in an area in which we’ve soft launched (Canada, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden), then you’ll be able to continue playing right up until the full release.”
