Legends of Aria is set to officially launch its Early Access tomorrow on December 4th, but the full release on the Steam platform has been delayed to sometime in 2019. This decision was made because time is needed for more internal and public tests to recent fixes to data synchronization issues, recent growth requires for the development and customer service teams to expand, and their staff needs a break from the up to 12 hours a day, 7 days, a week work schedules.
Novaquark has announced that Dual Universe, their crowd-funded civilization-building sandbox MMO will have its Alpha 1 testing phases starting on November 29th. Alpha 1 access will be granted to all of the Kickstarter backers in waves. All current testers will automatically gain access to it too. Higher tier pledges will receive priority over lower tiers as invites are sent out 24 to 48 hours ahead of each testing session.
Packs can be purchased now from the Dual Universe site that will grant guaranteed access. Patron Packs at $180 grant access to the pre-alpha which is active now. Sponsor Packs at $120 will grant access to the upcoming Alpha 1. The Contributor Pack is the cheapest at $60 and will grant access to Alpha 2 that starts in the first half of 2019.
Project: Gorgon has released a new demo version for those who are on the fence about purchasing the game. Anyone can download the free-trial version from the Steam Store page. The demo does not limit anyone’s playtime or explorable areas, but limits certain actions. There’s a decent number of limitations for free players that are listed below.
As a holiday treat, Citadel Studios is allowing all players to play their sandbox MMORPG Legends of Aria over the weekend. From November 23rd to November 25th, anyone can register and play the open beta version for free. This will allow those already interested in the game to try it before its Early Access Head Start begins on November 27th. All regions, systems and content will be accessible to everyone during this “open beta” weekend.

KOG Games’ upcoming PvP-focused MMO KurtzPel: Bringer of Chaos has released a new look at the game’s current character creation process and PvE combat gameplay. Before KurtzPel opens its servers to closed beta testers later this week, excited fans can check out some gameplay footage.
The character creation video shows highly customizable male and female characters with many changable body attributes such as weight, height, build, muscle mass, and more. There are lots of hair styles and colors to choose from and some of which are similar to popular anime characters.
Echo of Soul Will Launch On Steam Under Blue Potion Games – Europe, Australia & Parts of Asia Are Ip-Blocked
Seemingly out of the blue, A company named Blue Potion Games has launched a Steam game page for Echo of Soul. The game is announced to release as an early access title on November 21st. To refresh your memory, Aeria Games closed down the English version of the classic Echo of Soul back in May and encouraged players to move to the newer Echo of Soul: Phoenix. While EoS: Phoenix is available to almost all countries around the world, this upcoming Steam release of Echo of Soul classic has a long list of IP-blocked countries.
The Xbox One version of the popular sandbox action MMORPG Black Desert Online has entered open beta testing and will be available until November 12th. Participants who play during the launch day are eligible to receive launch day rewards. This beta is restricted to only North American regions (U.S.A. Canada, Mexico).
