Qualifications have begun for Guild Wars 2‘s arena tournament called Masters of the Arena! The cross-region eSports tournament for North America and Europe is hosted by ArenaNet partner MightyTeapot. Strong PvP players are being called to participate to win incredible prizes.

Six teams from both regions will compete in 5v5 matches. All qualifying teams to compete will receive in-game gold. The top teams will receive cash prizes and rewards in-game.

Amazon’s MMORPG ‘New World’ Shows Off “100% Real-time Combat”

Amazon Game Studios has released a new developer’s diary video for New World showcasing the game’s combat systems. The upcoming sandbox MMORPG will offer a dynamic action combat. There will be no classes. Instead, players will gain skill trees for each weapon that they choose to wield. The dev team wants the experience you get from wielding each weapon “to be so different, depending on the choice you make, that it almost feels like a class choice”.

Korean Mobile MMORPG TERA Hero Reveals Launch Date

Previously titled TERA Frontier, TERA Hero (테라 히어로) is the new mobile spin-off of the classic Korean PC MMORPG The Exiled Realms of Arborea (TERA) to be releasing. Developed with Unreal Engine 4, the mobile-only action MMORPG will improve on the PC version’s combat system. TERA HERO will start with 12 playable character classes and add 6 more at a later date for a total of 18 playable classes. Players can create 3-person parties to take on the dungeons and challenges of the game. Check out the video below!

TERA Hero is developed by Krafton subsidiary Red Sahara Studio. The game is set to launch in Korea on March 5th, 2020. It will be available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Lyn Assassin Is Coming And Assassin Class Is Getting Third Specialization In Blade & Soul

Blade & Soul is set to patch in a new update titled Shroud of the Assassin that will add a third class specialization to the Assassin class on February 19th. Level 55 and higher players who have completed the Legacy of the Hongmoon Class Awakening quest will be able to opt for the Way of the Phantom specialization. You can use new “phantasmal energy with the new Phantom skill or surprise your opponents with an attack of Shadow Stalkers as you display your newfound expertise with the Twilight Slash ability”.
