Ascent Infinite Realm, the steam-punk themed MMORPG by Bluehole has been actively giving a weekly preview of all thing related to the game’s world. Last week, we received the Creatures of Nousgard and today Kakao Games Community Manager Praballo has shared the concept art of the Assassin and Gunslinger classes along with the tamable flying Lion mount.
Assassins and Gunslingers both use Light armor. For their designs, the main material for the Assassin’s armor are cloth and leather enhanced in some parts by light iron. Gunslinger’s armor are made primarily with fabric and leather which is made to be elastic and thin for fast-paced agile movements.
“Tamed mounts (bio-type vehicles) enable characters to freely fight while riding. Flying mounts are utilized as key tools in aerial combat and can be further grown to higher tier in residential ranches.”
Indie developer Phoenix Labs has posted that Dauntless, their monster slayer multiplayer ARPG has reached the major milestone of 1,000,000+ registered players. The game launched its official free-to-play open beta testing phase today. Anyone can begin their behemoth slaying journey by downloading Dauntless from the official site. As is typical with open beta launches, players are reportedly experiencing loads of issues. In particular there are problems with the game’s matchmaking system, low FPS, crashing and areas failing to load.
Daybreak Games has released the latest major update to EverQuest 2 called GU106: Seeds of Vengeance and are now in need of more heroes to fight off the dangers put forth by the new content. From May 24th to June 7th, all existing accounts will be able to create a single level 100 heroic character. Once the character is created, temporary access to the Planes of Prophecy expansion will be granted to your account. This expansion comes with multiple new zones to explore.
As soon as you create your free heroic character, they will be ready for adventure, and will come with the following items:
- Shadowed Selecat Familiar
- Personal Avatar Mercenary
- Nether Harbinger Flying Mount
- A full set of gear, including new unique armor variants
- And other unique items!
Revelation Online has announced that the next major content update called Imperial War will allow players to show their loyalty to their servers. Players will fight in week-long PvP match-ups between different servers. They will also be able to hire mercenaries to help in battle and a new Soul Skill system will be added. The update is expected to arrive soon.
Meanwhile, the Chinese version of Revelation Online is preparing for a massive expansion called Revelation Online 2.0 and the mobile version of the game, titled Revelation M is also expected to release soon for the Chinese region.
The Bless Online Team has posted a brief Q&A on the official Bless Online Facebook page that reveals information on the game’s upcoming early access and Founder’s Packs. There will be no pre-download before the game is live for Founders on May 28th.
There will be one server for each region that will offer multiple channels. (NA: 3 channels, EU: 2 channels) This is subject to change. The exclusive skins in the Founder’s Packs will be bound to whichever character you claim them with.

Jagex has announced that RuneScape Classic will be shutting down in a few months partly due to exploits. They explain that with advances in technology to further support both RuneScape and Old School RuneScape, their tools are no longer compatible with the Classic version. In particular, the tools for detecting macro’s and ensuring community safety. This action will ensure that the abuse of 3rd party macro tools and the ever increasing botting issue will end.
Jagex is giving a two and a half month heads up for players to have the opportunity to have their last goodbyes. The RuneScape Classic servers will be taken offline on August 6, 2018 8:00 AM BST. Players can continue to play as normal until that date. Meanwhile, Old School RuneScape has already begun beta testing for its mobile version and RuneScape’s mobile version is not far behind.
Two new classes are coming to Tree of Savior! IMC Games has released the class previews and vocal BGM by SFA for both of them. The first class is the Pied Piper which is a class that utilizes music to control and fight enemies. The second class is the Exorcist which uses spiritual powers to weaken and banish enemies. The Pied Piper is part of the Archer tree while the Exorcist is part of the Cleric tree. Watch the previews of their combat, lore and stories below.
Before Dynamight Studios launches the crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter for Fractured, their in-development “anti-grind” sandbox isometric MMORPG, they have decided to release a preview of the prices and contents of the Pledge Packs. The packs range from €5 to €10,000 in price with the digital copy of Fractured as a reward for those that purchase the €25 pack. These are only previews of the packs and Dynamight states that they want to hear your opinions on the fairness of the packages before the campaign goes live.
With the open beta coming so soon for the upcoming multiplayer co-op monster hunting game Dauntless, developer and publisher Phoenix Labs has released the game’s intro cinematic. The video introduces the game’s floating island setting and the the start of what all players of Dauntless will be participating in: hunting behemoths.
Over 100,000 players have already participated in Dauntless’ closed beta and at least another 700,000 players are confirmed to be registered for the upcoming open beta on May 24th. During the open beta, all players will have unlimited access to the floating islands of Dauntless. The game’s open beta was previously expected to release back in 2017, so Phoenix Labs has had time to build up a long list of excited players. Sign up on the official Dauntless site to play the open beta later this week.
