Monster Hunter: World Free Trial Version Is Available Until May 20th


A free trial version of Monster Hunter: World on PlayStation 4 is now available for a limited time! Until May 20th, PS4 players can hunt giant beasts with all players, not just trial version players. Of course, you will still need a PlayStation™Plus membership to play online.

Players can do all eight assignments and progress up to the completion of the “Flying Sparks: Tobi-Kadachi” (Hunter Rank 4 / 3★ ) assignment and use all of the 14 Hunter weapon types. Two locations are included in the Trial: the Ancient Forest and Wildspire Waste.

  • Your save data can be carried over into the full version!

Monster Hunter: World is a multiplayer open-world RPG where players explore an unpopulated area called “New World” that is teeming with giant monsters. Tasked with hunting down or capturing the large beasts, players use dropped materials from hunted monsters to strengthen themselves with new weapons and gear.
