Secret World Legends Dawn of the Morning Light Update Launches Today

Funcom has released the latest major update to Secret World Legends today called Dawn of the Morninglight. Dawn of the Morninglight is a completely free update and will be the first free story continuation update since the game went from a subscription-based model to free-to-play. Players will continue the the game’s epic main storyline and venture to South Africa. Infiltrate the New Dawn compound, fight new enemies and solve new mysteries surrounding the Morninglight cult.

The fuse is lit. Philip Marquard, leader of the Morninglight, has been making moves in a hotbed of cultist operations: New Dawn. A mysterious text was sent to your phone. It’s time to come out of the shadows and spring into action.

Closers’ Battle Robot Tina Joins The Wolf Dogs As Latest Playable Character

The Closers roster is getting bigger! Tina joins the Wolf Dogs in their fight to rid the world of interdimensional monsters. Last month, the Closers community had a chance to vote on which character will be added to game next. By only a handful of votes, the young cyborg girl Tina won against the older gal Harpy. We’ve recently teamed up with En Masse to give away hundreds of Closers Starter packs, so grab one for yourself if you’re starting a new journey with Tina!

World of Warcraft Noblegarden Event Is In Full Bloom Through April 9

World of Warcraft celebrates Easter by activating the yearly celebrated feast of Noblegarden, an in-game event in which lords and nobles from each race hide coins, candy and treasures within eggs painted to look like wildflowers. Citizens are encouraged to scour through major cities to find them.

Arcfall Will Be Free-To-Play On April 6 – Major Game Changes

Arcfall is an isometric sandbox MMORPG that currently has a purchasable pre-alpha build available on Steam. The game’s indie developers Neojac Entertainment has announced that the game will be leaving its buy-to-play model and switching to free-to-play in its next major update on April 6, 2018. Game currency will be given to Arcfall’s founders as a form of compensation.

While we’ve got other MMOs like Wild Terra giving free trials during the recent holidays, Arcfall looks to be staying with a free-to-play business model even when it leave its alpha.

ArcheAge: Legends Return Update Testing Is Underway

The next massive update to ArcheAge (version 4.5) is coming very soon on April 5th and Trion Worlds, the game’s developer encourages players to participate in testing on their Public Test Server before the update is patched onto the live servers. Last week we talked about the announcement of this update and went over the main points of change like the new world bosses, dragon mounts and combat changes. Now Trion has released an extensive and lengthy patch notes for this coming 4.5 update.
