En Masse Entertainment has updated Kritika Online with a new set of class awakenings for players to upgrade to, new Danger Zones, Pet Gems and a skill rebalancing for PvP and PvE.
The latest classes to receive their class awakenings are Catspaw, Assassin, Wolf Guardian, Psion and Vamp. Class awakenings update appearances, unlock new skills to use in combat and provide the Noble title. The new skills will come in handy as players tackle two new Danger Zones with Extreme Difficulty levels called Coldsnap Village and Corsair’s Cave.
Kritika Online is due for another content update and the latest one in store titled Dawn of Awakenings is already available in the Public Test Server. The update brings the Awakening system which allows players to advance their characters a second time and gain new skills. Characters at level 70 or above with a Combat Rating of 170,000 or more are eligible to be awakened.
At this time, only the following classes are able to unlock their Awakening quest:
— Warriors: Berserker, Doomblade, Fire Lord
— Monks: Star Monk, Void Monk
En Masse Entertainment has announced that Kritika Online‘s Windhome update is set for release on the live servers on April 18. This is a major update that will include an increase in level cap form 65 to 70, the entirely new Windhome region and new gear featuring the new Prime Attribute system for unlocking special abilities and new evolutions for players to experiment with. The Abelard story will be concluded and the next part of Kritika’s story will come.
PvP (player versus player) has always been a highly criticized criteria when it comes to MMORPGs. Some desire harsh-punishing and ‘hardcore’ systems that let you take the loot of your fallen enemies, some desire optional or casual instanced-based arenas, while others would rather walk a different path altogether. Here is a list of MMORPGs from the current decade with impressive PvP.
We are listing these games based on release dates in descending order. This is an on-going list that will be updated every time a new impressive PvP centric MMORPG reveals itself.
