The Nintendo Switch console is still one of the newest major video game console on the market, but it is already proving to be one of the most popular ever with over 35 million units sold since it launched two years ago on March 3, 2017.
MMO developers have been slow to cash in on the Switch’s ongoing success, but lately there have been a handful of games popping up to fill the hole for multiplayer RPGs on the Nintendo Switch Game Store. Listed below are the best MMOs and multiplayer online RPGs you can play on the Nintendo Switch.
The yearly list of the 100 best selling games on Steam for 2018 as measured by gross revenue has been posted and as usual, a handful MMORPGs have been included. They are the games that made the most revenue on the platform this year. The list is categorized into tiers of Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
Likely due to the Summerset expansion in June and Murkmire/Wolfhunter content, The Elder Scrolls Online climbed from last year’s Gold tier ranking to this year’s Platinum tier, the highest level on the list. ESO is joined by Warframe in the Platinum tier.
Warframe is expanding to yet another console! During this year’s Nintendo Direct presentation, Digital Extremes announced that the sci-fi MMO shooter will be available for digital download on Nintendo Switch starting November 20th.
